The InMag Community

Leading transformation can be isolating. It doesn’t have to be.

A peer community for the executives accountable for agentic transformation — built by and for practitioners, independent of any vendor, and small enough that people actually talk.

Peer rooms

Small, closed Roundtables with leaders facing the same decisions, chaired by a Council member.

Peer evidence

What actually happened: architectures, contract terms and people decisions, shared under Chatham House.

Practical insight

The magazine, the Readiness Check and member Briefings — tools you can use on Monday.

2027 Priorities · Critical topics

  1. 1

    Insource with evidence

Choosing the first processes to bring home, and building the audit trail that lets agents take on more of them.

  2. 2

    Rewrite the contracts

Pricing, data rights, workflow ownership and exit terms for a world where agents do the volume.

  3. 3

    Move people with the work

New roles, reskilling and career paths for the teams who will direct and govern agents.

Partners

Underwrite the rooms. Stay out of the conversation.

Industry partners make Roundtables and the Summit possible. They are acknowledged clearly and meet the community as peers — but they don’t buy stage time, attendee lists or editorial coverage. That separation is what makes the rooms worth being in.
